About the role:

To support the continued growth of our Maxwell brand, we are seeking a Project Manager – Marine Systems (EMEA).

This role is perfect for someone with a technical background in marine engineering, who enjoys managing primarily superyacht-related projects from design to installation, and who is occasionally able to provide hands-on support, solving technical challenges onboard vessels in coordination with field teams and technical partners.

 What you’ll do:

  • Manage marine projects across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate between engineering, production, service, and sales teams.
  • Visit vessels for pre-installation checks and support during commissioning.
  • Work closely with shipyards, naval architects, and technical partners.

 What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in marine projects or technical systems.
  • Knowledge of anchoring, propulsion, or stabilizer systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel (Dutch and/or other European languages are a bonus!).
