From groundbreaking propulsion systems to advanced manoeuvring, exhaust, and anchoring solutions, our comprehensive range of onboard systems took centre stage, showcasing how VETUS continues to redefine life on the water.
This year, the show was alive with the spirit of progress, with the VETUS stand becoming a focal point for attendees seeking the latest advancements in marine technology. The stand sat within a dedicated area showcasing the YANMAR Marine Recreational Business Unit’s comprehensive portfolio of products, services, and expertise. Boot Düsseldorf visitors experienced a united approach from YANMAR, VETUS, Maxwell, Flexofold and Smartgyro.
A standout highlight at boot Düsseldorf was showing the newest addition to our E-LINE electric propulsion range. This latest development expands on the success of our 6kW, 8kW, and 11kW models with a higher-output solution, offering a powerful and efficient alternative to traditional propulsion systems.
The growing demand for electric solutions was evident throughout the event, reflecting a significant industry shift towards sustainability and advanced technology. By providing efficient, low-maintenance propulsion options, VETUS is answering the call for environmentally conscious solutions without compromising on performance.
One of the standout features at this year’s event was the precision and ease of our BOW PRO Thrusters. Designed for exceptional control and manoeuvrability, these systems address common challenges such as docking in tight spaces and navigating crowded marinas.
The thrusters’ compatibility with a range of vessel types and configurations includes YANMAR for inboard engines and Yamaha, Mercury and Honda/Ultraflex for outboard engines. This underscores VETUS’ commitment to creating adaptable, user-friendly systems. These technologies ensure that boat handling is a stress-free and enjoyable experience for owners and operators alike.
Sustainability continues to be a dominant theme at this year’s show, reflecting the growing demand for eco-friendly solutions across the industry. At VETUS, we are proud to offer a full system of in-house-engineered products with a focus on innovation, we are dedicated to delivering technologies that enhance onboard comfort while minimising the environmental impact of boating. Alongside our E-DRIVE electric propulsion systems, all D-LINE and M-LINE series engines have been approved to operate solely or in mixtures using the low-carbon, renewable paraffinic fuel known as HVO.
