Job description:

We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (Barcelona). You’ll build and nurture relationships with distributors, boatyards, and marine professionals, combining on-site visits with remote work to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

• Advise clients on our products and systems, combining technical expertise with commercial insight.
• Spot new business opportunities and help drive sales strategies that support our company goals.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on orders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage, grow, and expand your client network.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.
• Represent VETUS at trade shows, events, and industry meetings, showcasing our brand and solutions.

Requirements:

• Technical and/or commercial education, ideally with a background in the marine industry.
• Previous experience in similar roles, especially in technical-commercial environments.
• Knowledge of the recreational boating sector and onboard systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Iberian Peninsula.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
